Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Newborn Brothers. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated by the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method for your order.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless specifically noted.
Order Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Newborn Brothers is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, shipping responsibility passes to the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
Delayed Shipments
While we work hard to meet estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, high order volume, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, packaging requirements, or warehouse logistics. If this occurs, tracking details will be provided when available.
