Newborn Shipping & Returns Policies

Everything you need to know about returning products and shipping from our Hanover, Maryland warehouse.

Please contact Sales@NewbornCaulkGuns.com or call 301-604-1500 to submit a return request. Please include the following information:

Order number

Item(s) being returned

Reason for return

Condition: Item(s) must be in re-sellable condition and in original packaging.

RMA Required: All returns must have a Newborn RMA issued and must be shipped back to Newborn, at the shipper's expense, with the RMA number reflected on packaging.

Restocking Fee: All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee once items are returned and deemed in sellable condition. Newborn will issue the refund and deduct the 20% restocking fee from the credit due.

Picture/video showing defect

Explanation of defect or problem

Order number

Item(s) being returned

Assessment: Newborn will assess the images/video and explanation, and will attempt to offer a solution through troubleshooting. If the problem persists, Newborn will provide return instructions along with an RMA number.

RMA Required: All returns must have a Newborn RMA issued and must be shipped back to Newborn with the RMA number reflected on packaging.

Resolution: The returned item will be inspected and analyzed. Upon inspection and approval by Newborn, either a replacement model will be sent or a refund applied.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hanover, Maryland.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Carriers: Standard shipping via UPS or USPS.

Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
