Common questions
Anyone. DIYers, homeowners, and contractors. One unified program, four tier levels. You climb the same ladder whether you're sealing your own kitchen or running crews.
Every $1 spent earns 2 pts at Apprentice, 4 at Crew Chief, 6 at Pro Builder and 10 at Master. You also earn 50 pts for creating an account, 100 for subscribing to our emails, 50 for each product review, 200 on your birthday, and 600 when a friend you referred places their first order. Review points are given for any honest review, positive or negative.
Tiers are based on lifetime points earned. Apprentice is entry, Crew Chief at 500 pts, Pro Builder at 1,500 pts, and Master at 3,000 pts. Each tier raises your earn rate and unlocks perks such as free-shipping coupons, early access and priority phone support.
No. Rewards are not tier-gated. Anyone can redeem any reward they have the points for. Tiers change how fast you earn, not what you can redeem.
A reward bundle that ships all four products together: an Octogun 208D gun, the Silicone & Caulk Removal Kit, a tube of Octogun Silicone, and the Caulk Tool Kit. Redeemable once you have the points, regardless of tier.
Share your referral link from the Caulk Club rewards launcher, or send it by email. Your friend gets 10% off their first order, and you get 600 pts when they place it.
Not right now. Points don't currently expire. If that ever changes, we'll let you know before any points expire.
Log into your account and open the Caulk Club rewards launcher. Select a reward and we'll generate a discount code or add the free product to your next order, applied at checkout. One Caulk Club reward can be used per order.
