Every $1 spent earns 2 pts × your tier rate. You also earn for creating an account, leaving product reviews, referring friends, posting tagged photos or videos, and submitting job reviews with photos.
Tiers are based on lifetime points earned. Apprentice is entry, Crew Chief at 500 pts, Pro at 1,500 pts, and Master at 3,000 pts. Each tier increases your earn rate and unlocks perks like free shipping and bonus pts.
No. Rewards are not tier-gated — anyone can redeem any reward they have the points for. Tiers change how fast you earn, not what you can redeem.
A 4,000-pt reward bundle that includes an Octogun Silicone tube, an Octogun 208D gun, a QuikSlix, and a $25 off coupon. Redeemable once you have the points, regardless of tier.
Points stay active as long as your account has at least one qualifying purchase within 12 months. If inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, points may expire. We'll send a reminder before any do.
