DuraCore Caulk Guns

DuraCore is Newborn's precision investment cast friction plate, the part inside the gun that grips the rod on every trigger pull. Compared with standard friction plates, it is built for consistent rod engagement, less slippage under load and a longer service life.

This collection brings together DuraCore guns in several formats. For 10 oz cartridges, choose the 250 (18:1) for silicone, hybrids, polyurethane and firestop, or the 290 (22:1) and 375-XSP (26:1) for butyl, epoxy and mastic. The 255 (18:1) takes 29 oz cartridges, and the 620AL (18:1) runs sausage, bulk and cartridge material. For two-part work there are manual dual-component models such as the VR200-XSP, 535-XSP and 755-XSP at 26:1 and the 530 at 18:1.
