Dual-Component Caulk Guns

Dual-component caulk guns dispense two-part adhesives, epoxies and urethanes from dual cartridges. Push disks are matched to each cartridge mix ratio, and every Newborn manual and pneumatic dual-component model comes with a push disk chart.

Start with cartridge size and mix ratio. The VR200-XSP takes 200 ml cartridges and swaps disks for 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 or 10:1 mixes, and the VR400-XSP takes 200 ml and 400 ml cartridges. For large loads, the 655-XSP fits 600 ml x 600 ml and the 755-XSP fits 750 ml x 750 ml. The VR210-XSP-DF adds a drip-free design for precise 210 ml work. Most manual models here run at 26:1 thrust.
