OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

THIS IS A SKILL CONTEST. WINNERS ARE CHOSEN BY JUDGES, NOT BY RANDOM DRAWING.

1. SPONSOR

The Caulk It Once Challenge (the "Contest") is sponsored by Newborn Brothers Co., Inc., 7222 Parkway Dr,

Hanover, MD 21076 ("Sponsor"), maker of Octogun and Newborn products.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or

older at the time of entry. Not open to employees of Sponsor, its distributors, retailers, agencies, or

anyone professionally involved in the Contest, or to members of their immediate families (spouse,

parents, children, siblings and their spouses) or households.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 28, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on

November 30, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Weekly judging periods for runner-up prizes are:

  Week 1: October 28 to November 2, 2026

  Week 2: November 3 to November 9, 2026

  Week 3: November 10 to November 16, 2026

  Week 4: November 17 to November 30, 2026

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Contest Period, post one before-and-after photo, or a short video, of a real caulking job

you did yourself, on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, from a public account, and:

  (a) tag @octogun, and

  (b) include the hashtag #CaulkItOnce in the caption.

Any brand of caulk may be used. You do not need to have received a free sample, bought any product, or

followed Sponsor to enter.

If you received a free sample from Sponsor, you must also include #gifted (or a clear statement that

you received a free sample) in your caption, as required by the Federal Trade Commission.

Limit: up to one (1) entry per person per weekly judging period. A person may win no more than one (1)

runner-up prize, and is also eligible for the grand prize.

Entries must be your own original work. Do not post anyone else's photos, or photos showing other

people, children, addresses, license plates or other private information without permission.

5. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Entries must not be obscene, offensive, defamatory, or infringe anyone's rights, and must not include

another company's logo as the main subject. Sponsor may disqualify any entry, at its sole discretion,

that does not follow these rules or that it believes was altered to misrepresent the work (for

example, an edited or AI-generated "after" photo).

6. JUDGING

Entries are judged by a panel of Sponsor employees on the following criteria:

  - Quality and neatness of the finished caulk work: 50%

  - Difference between the "before" and the "after": 30%

  - Clarity of the photo or video: 20%

In case of a tie, the entry with the higher score for quality of work wins. Judges' decisions are final.

Weekly runner-up winners are chosen from entries received in that week. The grand prize winner is chosen

from all eligible entries received during the entire Contest Period, including weekly runner-up winners.

7. PRIZES

GRAND PRIZE (1): one (1) 120-pack each of Octogun Kitchen & Bath Silicone (White), Octogun Crystal

Clear Sealant, and Newborn Window, Door & Siding Sealant. Approximate retail value (ARV): $4,139.97.

WEEKLY RUNNER-UP PRIZES (20 total, 5 per week): one (1) Octogun 930-GTD caulk gun each. ARV: $14.99 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $4,439.77.

ARVs are based on Sponsor's published prices at newborncaulkguns.com as of October 2026. Prizes ship

free to a street address in the 50 United States or DC. No P.O. boxes. Prizes are not transferable and

have no cash value. No substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if

a prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by direct message on the platform where they entered, within 5 business days

after the end of each weekly judging period (runners-up) and by December 5, 2026 (grand prize). Winners

must reply with their full name and shipping address within 7 days of notification, or the prize may be

forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. The grand prize winner must also complete an IRS Form W-9

before the prize ships. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the grand prize winner as required by law.

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

9. USE OF ENTRIES

By entering, you confirm the entry is your own work and you own the rights to it, and you give Sponsor

permission to repost, share and use your entry, your social media handle, and (for winners) your first

name, city and state, in Sponsor's social media, website and advertising, without further payment,

for 2 years, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor will credit your handle when reposting where possible.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, not seen because of an account's privacy

settings, or not properly tagged; for technical problems with any social media platform; or for prizes

lost or damaged in shipping. Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical

problems or other causes beyond its control affect it, and in that case may judge eligible entries

received before the change. Anyone found tampering with the Contest or entering by fraudulent means

(including multiple or fake accounts) will be disqualified.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees and agents

from any claims arising from your participation in the Contest or your acceptance or use of a prize,

except where prohibited by law.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook,

Instagram) or TikTok. By entering, you release Meta and TikTok from any liability related to the

Contest. Questions should be sent to Sponsor, not to the platforms.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is used to run the Contest and as described in Sponsor's Privacy

Policy at newborncaulkguns.com/policies/privacy-policy.

14. WINNERS LIST

For the names of winners (first name, city and state), send a request by December 31, 2026 to Sponsor

at the address above, Attn: Caulk It Once Challenge, or message @octogun.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

16. SEPARATE FREE SAMPLE OFFER

The free sample offer at newborncaulkguns.com/pages/free-sample is separate from this Contest, is

limited to trade professionals, and has its own terms on that page. Requesting a sample is not required

to enter the Contest and does not affect your chances of winning.
